This is Tooty’s daughter Zavada again. Mom passed away this morning. She had a fever and several health issues that managed to overwhealm her. She is being cremated, and after her ashes are returned we will have a service.
She came into this community slowly learning her way around. Peeking here and there and making freinds. I know she got a lot of joy from her ‘Xanga friends’ and that you all made her feel good with your caring and you’re freindship. She was more than once moved to tears over a kind word or gesture from someone on here. Thank you all for bringing joy to my mother’s heart and for making her feel welcome and loved.

My deepest condolences to you and your family. I did not know your mother but I did see her comments around Xanga and I know she was a dear, sweet lady who will be missed by a lot of people.
I am so sorry to hear this…Tooty was such a wonderful lady who always shared such beautiful sites with me.

I am sad that more folks won’t get to see her true inner beauty. She was always here for us. She loved with her entire heart and was loved by so many folks on xanga and around the net.
I personally will miss her kindness and loving heart for all the times she tried to make me feel better when I was having a bad day when I know she felt horrible.
That is who she was….selfless.
I hope you all know you are still loved, by myself and many here and any time you need a friend, just message me or anyone of your mom’s friends.
I know that your mom wouldn’t have wanted us to be sad, but how can one not be sad that God’s earthbound angel has gone home?

I can not tell you how I felt when Tina told me the horrible news. I always said to you that you were an angel on earth and I know and believe that even more so now. Your wonderful and thoughtful comments to me will stay with me forever. You always made me feel special and I am sure that is how everyone else felt too. I will miss you always especially the emails you sent so frequently to brighten the days. I know you loved the holidays and I will miss all the wonderful pictures you always shared with us of your beautiful grandchildren. I feel so bad for your family right now because they have to be in so much pain and I hope they know that we are all here thinking of them and praying for them. You were sunshine and to me you will always stay that way. You are gone but never ever forgotten. We love you Tooty and you will stay with us forever. Thank you for being a true friend.
Even reading it…I can not believe it. I have known Tooty it seems for an endless time. I have always felt her warmth and love, she was so sweet and kind, her love for animals touched my heart. She has left a mark upon my heart that will forever remain. Your mother had a strong faith in God, she is in his arms now, God has made her well with Him she will laugh and smile and look down upon those she loves watching out for them. God be with you and your family.

Hello, I learned about your mother from a xanga friend. I am so sorry about this. I am also sorry I never met your mother before. I’m an ‘ole Navy, Army veteran and appreciate all of her support. Tooty was a wonderful lady and loved by alot of people here on Xanga. I always looked forward to her cards she sent me. I will deeply miss her with all my heart. My prayers are with you and her family whom she loved dearly.

I learnt this awful news by Tennessee lady yesterday and I am deeply sad . For us your mother was a true friend . She will be highly missed and her memory will remain alive for us .

I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I was hoping it wouldnt come to this but knew she was pretty sick. She was such a kind and caring lady always sending things to Xangans to cheer them. I have no idea how many times I was surprised with a word from her. I know this has to be very hard on you and the rest of her family. I will continue thinking of you and her. I am so saddened to see that Tooty passed away. Some of us have known each other so long via xanga that they seem to be a part of us. Many times she brought me to tears with the sentiments and lovely music at her site. I loved her simple faith as well. She has always been a light and an encouragement.
