  • Enjoyed your fireworks.  I rushed them a little as I am so tired tonight.  I didn’t see any myself this year so this was a treat.

  • That is my favorite part of the 4th, is the fireworks. That is cool you could watch them from your porch, instead of fighting the crowds.

  • Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Love

  • They were fantastic… and you didn’t have to fight any crowds to get to see them!

  • Thanks for the comment on my site!

  • How neat that you could watch them right from your porch.  We cannot see anything from our house—-just can hear all the big bangs—from both the main fireworks, and also

  • YIKES!  I don’t know what happened!!!  Why did it submit so many times?  Delete them, please!  So sorry!  Crazy Xanga!

  • Hi, Tooty!

Long time no visit!  (smile)  Miss you!  Glad to hear from you, and good to be able to visit you back.  Thanks for stopping in.  How have you been?

I have been doing good.  Just a sad time right now.  I am losing someone very dear.  It is my moms companion, who she has lived with for almost 4 years, who is so much like a father to me.  He is the best thing that has happened in our family in a long time, and we are losing him to cancer.  He is at home, but as of yesterday, Hospice delivered a bed, bedside potty chair, and a table that fits over his bed, and he has a cathader on.  Since last Monday, he has gone down rapidly.  I and my daughter have stayed with him and mom for the last two nights, helping out, plus coming down through the week, every chance I get, between work and all.  Please pray for us.  Okay?

At the same time…….I will be moving into my new house in 30 days from now.  I bought an old house in the country.  It is owned by a church, and use to be the old parsonage.  It sits on an acre of land, and has a full basement.  It is a three bedroom, 1 bath, with a eat in kitchen…………built in 1900.  The veiw from the back of the house is nothing but nature………farmland, and trees, and a stream runs along the backside of the property.  I absolutely love it, and am so excited to move, and for my dream to finally come true, which is live in the country.  I will be able to raise my gardens again, and flowers, etc.  Just me and my kids.

I did get my old job back, but then got a call from next door at the Domestic Relation Courthouse, and they offered me $3.50 more on the hour, so of course, I excepted.  I love my new job.  It is going well.

I sure hope everything is going well with you.  Drop back by soon, if you can.  Okay?  Maybe after I get moved I will be on here a little more, because then I can get some internet service at home again.

    Take care, Tooty.  God bless.

    Love & friendship,

    Kim

  • Thanks so much for your nice comments on my site.

As I watched your fireworks, I tried to imagine sitting there with you on your porch and watching that beautiful display. I could hear the children shouting their “oh’s and wow’s” That must be great to see it from your home. I did not see any this year, but I did attend the parade in my area.

Take care, Tooty. I pray that everything is going well for you.

  • Hi Tooty, just dropping in to say “hello!” Lovely fireworks!!
