April 16,1986 at 10.00 pm I lost my only son ( Zane John Howard) he’d be 21 today . I woke to a sadder day then my normal grieving day for a son lost to see A gunman killed 32 people on Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg, Va.before shooting his self. My heart goes out to all of the families and friends.Please Lord confort them at this sad time. A~Men

How sad for all. My heart goes out to you… and all those families, too!
Some memories we never forget and the loss of a child is one. I have prayed for those families. Reading about it, the fact there were threats even bomb threats before the shooting and another shooting two hour’s before makes me question the wisdom of those running that college.

It must be hard and something one never gets over…my sister lost her son in a car wreck when he was 16. Sad story about the shootings, we have been watching it on the tv…

I am so sorry tooty. Please keep your eyes on the Lord. You know he is with Jesus. I know it is hard because you miss him. I have lost 4! They are treasures in HEAVEN right now and I can’t wait to see them. I love you. God Bless and Amen!
